TERMS & DELIVERY

DELIVERY

  • Delivery arrangement:
    2 delivery sessions
    AM delivery from 10am to 12:30pm
    PM delivery from 2pm to 6pm
    *Extra charge of $100 for specific delivery time
     

  • We welcome free pickup at our Tsim Sha Tsui Studio
    Pickup time: 11am to 8pm
     

  • Delivery charge not included for all floral pieces. It will be charged according to different areas:

    Hong Kong Island – A ($220):

*Delivery schedule subject to actual traffic situation. takk Blomster will arrange accordingly.
*If in case of recipient unreachable / entrance rejected, we will contact our customer and return the products to our Tsim Sha Tsui studio. Extra charge of $100-150 will be required for re-arrangement of delivery, depending on delivery address.

  • 新界C ($480):

       馬灣 

*送貨時間或因交通情況而受影響，本店會作出特別安排。
* 若商業大廈或住宅管理處拒收或拒進入時，又聯絡不上收花者，將聯絡買家或向買家留言後把花帶回公司。重送將收100-150元，具體取決於送貨地址，但偏遠地區除外。

  • All rights of photos reserved on this website. All other commercial purposes are prohibited.

  • We respect the creativity of our Florists. You may assign your choice of the main flowers, while our Florists will choose all other matching flowers based on color theme and seasonality. Please let us know your special requests when placing orders.

  • We know you love personalised products with uniqueness. If you find it hard to make choices, please feel free to contact us for professional consultations.

  • Please place your order 3 days in advance. Same-day-order will not be entertained online. You may place your same-day-order through WhatsApp at +852 5311 6017.

  • No refund and no return for all products.

  • In case of any dispute, takk Blomster reserves the right of final decision.

  • 給予花藝師創作空間，花藝作品除了主花可以指定外，其他花材選擇會以顏色主題為主。如有特別要求，下單時請註明。

  • 我們的風格注重個人化與獨特性，偏向收花者喜好優先。如果對於花藝產品有其他想法或難以抉擇時，歡迎與我們對話。

  • 網上不支援即日下單，請至少三天前下單。即日訂單請WhatsApp +852 5311 6017 聯絡我們。

  • 不接受退款或退貨。
